Addison Bailey Fowler, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 24. Born on April 8, 2000, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Addison brought joy to all who knew her, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of her family and friends.
Addison was a woman of deep passions. She earned her Master's Degree in nursing science as she pursued her career at University of Cincinnati Hospital. She enjoyed working with her friends at the Little Miami Brewery and Burn Bootcamp, Anderson Twp. while she was working her way through college. Her vibrant spirit found solace in the beauty of life, whether through her love for photography, her enthusiasm for traveling, or her commitment to fitness.
Addison cherished her family above all. She was a devoted auntie to her three nephews, River, Gunner, and Crew, and her joy in their presence radiated with every shared moment. Family gatherings were illuminated by her laughter; she had a special way of calming the room and making everything feel just right.
Her compassionate nature and generous heart extended beyond her family, as she found joy in giving to others. She enjoyed listening to podcasts, a pastime that reflected her curiosity about the world and her love for learning.
Addison is survived by her father Eric Fowler, mother Stephanie Ernst Fowler, brothers Austin and Tanner Fowler, sisters-in-law Arielle Fowler and Brianna Gillis, her cherished nephews, River, Gunner and Crew Fowler, and her grandparents, Rick and Kathy Ernst, Jackie Fowler and the late Woodrow Fowler. She is the niece of Brian and Kara Ernst and Chris Fowler and cousin to Isaiah and Kate Ernst. She was also a proud dog mom to her beloved pups, Sven and Theo, who brought her boundless happiness. Addison got engaged to the love of her life, Gage Waits, on October 18, 2024 and is also survived her future mother and father-in-law, Cheryl and Garyn Waits, sister-in-law's Alexis and Alivia and brother-in-law Ian.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 17th from 5-8 PM at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. A celebration of life service will held at the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 10 AM. Following the services, everyone is invited to join the family at the Little Miami Brewery Event Center.
In the hearts of those she touched, Addison's legacy will continue to live on, reminding us all of the beauty in kindness, laughter, and the importance of family.
