Adeline Alea Guinto, age 2, of Springville, Utah passed away Thursday September 19, 2024. She was born August 26, 2022 in Provo, Utah to parents Kyle Vella Guinto and Jennifer Alea Picardo Guinto. She leaves behind her father and mother and her two brothers Roman, 8, and Luca, 5 of Springville, Utah.
Adeline was a wonderful baby, peaceful and very cheerful. She was a chatterbox who was always smiling and waving to others. She loved playing with her brothers who taught her how to be silly. She had a beautiful laugh. She loved being rocked and cuddled, reading books, and most of all she loved music. She loved to sing songs the best she could and dance to music. Musicals were her favorite movies and she watched them often.
On April 1st, 2024 it was discovered that she had a tumor in her brain which was removed the next day. She was later diagnosed with ATRT, a rare form of brain cancer, and she began chemotherapy treatment a month later. Her nurses and doctors often commented on how well she talked for her age and she won everyone on the unit over with her singing. She would sing church primary songs and songs from movies and everyone loved hearing her sing. She was happy throughout that trying time, determined to play and explore.
Adeline loved her family and always enjoyed their visits. She was most happy at home enjoying simple moments with her parents and brothers.
