Adelita "Lele" Lal

Adelita "Lele" Lal was born on April 17, 1946, in Dallas, Texas, where she spent her entire life surrounded by her beloved family and friends.
Lele's life was rooted in faith, laughter, and love. She was the devoted mother of David Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez, and Deborah Ann Rodriguez; the proud grandmother of George Flores, Desiray Davila, Michael Davila, Angelica Davila, Marcus "TJ" Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez Jr., Elisa Rodriguez, and Antonio Rodriguez; and the cherished great-grandmother of Alana Flores, Madylyn Chavez & Faith O'Brien Rodriguez. She is also survived by her brother, Gilbert Valdez.
Her passions were simple yet profound-going to church, spending time with family, and making every moment count. Known for her humor, confidence, and sass, Lele brought light to every gathering. Her advice to "always forgive everyone because you never know when their last day is going to be" will forever echo in the hearts of those who loved her.
Lele's legacy is one of strength, joy, and endless love. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to guide her family for generations to come.
