Adelle Marie "Mikey" Keech

Adelle "Mikey" Marie (Prall) Keech, age 87, of Pickford, Michigan, died on January 9, 2026, at MyMichigan Medical Center in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. She was born on November 10, 1938, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Arthur and Venus (Meechleder) Prall.

Mikey was born and raised in Saginaw, where she graduated from Holy Family High School. In 1982, she met Francis through mutual friends, beginning a love story that led to their marriage in 1985. Together, they lovingly raised four children, a role Mikey often said was the greatest joy and most rewarding job of her life. They shared thirty-two wonderful years together and created countless memories while traveling to fifty of the United States.

Mikey found her happiest moments outdoors. She loved fishing for walleye, salmon, or anything willing to bite her hook, and she especially enjoyed snowmobiling. As a proud member of a snowmobiling club, she traveled throughout Lower Michigan, embracing both adventure and friendship along the way. When at home, Mikey enjoyed reading, cross-stitching, cooking, canning, and creating crafts from pieces of driftwood she carefully collected, each hobby reflecting her creativity and appreciation for life's simple joys.

Mikey is survived by her children, Renee (Brett) Hall of Auburn, Michigan, Grady (Elaina) Richards of Bay City, Michigan, Gail (Shane) Little of Standish, Michigan, and Robert "Bobby" (Brenda) Keech of Florida; grandchildren, Jared Beach, Codie Little, Brandon Little, Cheyenne Doan, and Taylor Richards; seven great-grandchildren; and friends, Evelyn (Allen) Jones, Sue (Neil) Harrison, Dan Lewis, Paster Tim Rader, Char (Bob) Niebauer, and Tim Hyslop.

Mikey was preceded in death by her husband, Francis; grandson, Nick Beach; and brother, Robert Prall.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon – 2:00 PM on January 15, 2026, at Family Life Funeral Homes, 24549 S. M-129, Pickford, MI 49774. The Funeral Service will follow beginning at 2:00 PM.

Mikey's final resting place will be at North Raber Cemetery in Goetzville, Michigan.
