Judy Ann Carlson Keech, 76, of Flemingsburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 14, 2025, at her residence. She was the widow of LaVerne Arthur Keech.
Born in Ridgway, Pennsylvania on April 13, 1949, she was the daughter of the late John Oscar Carlson and the late Bernice Ann Feldbauer Carlson.
Judy was a homemaker. She had a larger than life personality with a great sense of humor and outlook on life.
Judy is survived by three of her children, Jamie Keech of Wallingford, Steve (Christine) Keech of Kersey, Penn., and Betsey (Philip) Niel of Flemingsburg; her four grandchildren, Lindsey Allshouse, Stephanie Keech, Victor Niel, and Isaac Niel; her two great grandchildren, Thea Allshouse and Bristol Allshouse. She is also survived by one of her sisters, Debbie Carlson; along with many extended family members and friends.
In addition to LaVerne, her husband of 58 years who passed in 2023; her mother Bernice; her father John; Judy was preceded in death by her son, Benjamin Keech; and her sister, Pat Anderson.
A service of remembrance will begin at 6 p.m., Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the May's Lick Baptist Church with Pastor Aaron Cude officiating.
Judy will be privately laid to rest in Elizaville Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4 p.m., until the hour of service at 6 p.m., Tuesday, at the church located at 5105 Main Street in May's Lick, Kentucky 41055.
