My sincerest condolences to Froggy's family and loved ones. He was my neighbor down the hall and my friend for many years. He was always happy and very very active. He had lots of SPUNK and NEVER gave up. He was very determined and left this world too early. I will miss him dearly and never forget his sense of humor, his smile, and what a kind gentleman he was. He made everyone smile.
