Adolfo Saenz Zambrano, de 85 años, entró a su descanso eterno el 16 de noviembre de 2025 en su hogar en Brownsville, Texas. Nació el 1 de noviembre de 1940 en Monterrey, Nuevo León, México.
Adolfo fue un padre dedicado y un abuelo muy querido, cuya alma noble, bondad y generosidad dejaron huella en todos los que lo conocieron. Amaba la pesca, era un apasionado buscador de tesoros y disfrutaba viajar y pasar tiempo preciado con sus nietos. Fuerte en su fe y firme en su creencia en el valor del trabajo y la familia, Adolfo vivió una vida guiada por el amor, la humildad y la dedicación hacia quienes llevaba en el corazón.
Le preceden en muerte su amada esposa, Juana Saenz Rico; sus padres, Federico Saenz Flores y Dominga Zambrano Romero; y sus cinco hermanos: Salvador Saenz Zambrano, Fernando Saenz Zambrano, Alfredo Saenz Zambrano, Ricardo Saenz Zambrano y Francisca Saenz Zambrano.
Le sobreviven su amado hijo, Humberto Saenz Rico; sus tres nietos, Humberto Ethan Saenz, Kaitlyn Isabella Saenz y Eli Mateo Saenz; y sus seis hermanos: Sergio Saenz Zambrano, Federico Saenz Zambrano, Alicia Saenz Zambrano, María del Refugio Saenz Zambrano, María Ester Saenz Zambrano y Federico Castro Zambrano.
La velación se llevará a cabo el miércoles 19 de noviembre de 2025, de 4:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m., con un Rosario a las 7:00 p.m., en Flores Funeral Home en Mission, Texas. El sepelio se llevará a cabo en San Jose Cemetery en Mission, Texas.
El legado de amor, fe y familia de Adolfo vivirá para siempre en los corazones de quienes tuvieron la dicha de compartir su vida.
Adolfo Saenz Zambrano, 85, entered into eternal rest on November 16, 2025, at his home in Brownsville, Texas. He was born on November 1, 1940, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, México.
Adolfo was a devoted father and a cherished grandfather whose gentle spirit, kindness, and generosity touched everyone who knew him. He loved fishing, was an avid treasure hunter, and enjoyed traveling and spending precious time with his grandchildren. Strong in faith and firm in his belief in the value of hard work and family, Adolfo lived a life guided by love, humility, and dedication to those he held dear.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Juana Saenz Rico; his parents, Federico Saenz Flores and Dominga Zambrano Romero; and his five siblings: Salvador Saenz Zambrano, Fernando Saenz Zambrano, Alfredo Saenz Zambrano, Ricardo Saenz Zambrano, and Francisca Saenz Zambrano.
He is survived by his beloved son, Humberto Saenz Rico; his three grandchildren, Humberto Ethan Saenz, Kaitlyn sabella Saenz, and Eli Mateo Saenz; and his six siblings: Sergio Saenz Zambrano, Federico Saenz Zambrano, Alicia Saenz Zambrano, María del Refugio Saenz Zambrano, María Ester Saenz Zambrano, and Federico Castro Zambrano.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary, at Flores Funeral Home in Mission, Texas. Interment will follow at San Jose Cemetery in Mission, Texas.
