My Star Boy, it´s been two years and I am still struggling to understand and accept your passing. I miss you so much! This pain is real...Why do the good die young? I see you in my dreams and think of you every single day. I wish I could hear your BIG laugh one more time. I´d give anything to share some Starbucks coffee with you and hear a sarcastic remark or two. My Adri, sleep in peace and rest in God´s loving arms until we meet again. I love you forever Star Boy

My favorite memory was MHS freshman orientation 2022 and he saw my son Torian who had him already and he asked why was he there and my son said my little sister is going here now. Mr Young looked and said, "Oh great there´s two of you!" we laughed. Mr Young, my son had you his sophomore to senior year in iB and you never let the pressure up, you kept him going and striving for greatness. Teachers like you don´t come around often. I as a mom appreciate you and I pray you rest in eternal peace. God Bless your mom and everyone your light crossed paths with.

His love for mathematics and love for his students. He never failed to make his student's laugh and cry, all the same. He was a mentor, an excellent professor and exceptional human being. Even years after graduating Miramar High School, I vividly recall his snarky remarks in Pre-Calculus that never failed to make the class bustle with laughter. May his memory and legacy live on through the lives of those he so deeply touched. #YungEra
