Adrianne Dousharm Obituary
Mrs. Adrianne A. Dousharm, 83, of N. Utica, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023, at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare in New Hartford with her loving family by her side.
Adrianne was born in Utica, on October 11, 1939, the daughter of Adrian Taylor and Evelyn (Comello) (Taylor) Russell. She was raised and educated in Utica and was a graduate of Utica Free Academy. On February 11, 1961, Adrianne was united in marriage with Jerald "Duke" F. Dousharm at St. Patrick's Church in Utica, a loving and devoted union of 43 years, until Jerald's death in 2004. Adrianne was a parishioner of St. Mark's Church in N. Utica.
Mrs. Dousharm is survived by two beloved daughters and one son-in-law, Doreen and Joseph Marsh of Baldwinsville, NY and Dianne Dousharm Femia of Utica; three cherished grandchildren, Christopher Dousharm and his wife Ashley Wells of Boston, MA, Ashley Goodman and her husband Michael of Nedrow, NY and Jordan Femia of Deerfield; four brothers and one sister-in-law, William and Meg Russell of Canada, Dean Russell of Clinton, Edward Russell of Utica and James Taylor of Washington State; a special cousin, Fawn Roth of Clark Mills as well as many nieces and nephews and her feline companion, Mac. She was predeceased by her parents, Adrian and Evelyn, stepfather, Dean Russell, Sr., her beloved daughter, Jerriann Dousharm and sister, Joanne Farber.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to Adrianne's Funeral Mass of Christian burial on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark's Church, 440 Keyes Rd., N. Utica. She will be laid to rest with her beloved husband in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Whitesboro. Visitation for family and friends is Sunday, June 11 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica.
