Agnes Chadwick Obituary
Mrs. Chadwick was born May 31, 1934 in Headland, AL, daughter of the late W.A. Givens and Myrtle Givens. She was a Christian by faith and a lifelong homemaker. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Preceding her in death was her husband, Jesse T. Chadwick and a brother, Carnell Givens.
Survivors includes her daughters, Katie C. White (Norman) and Judy C. Grimes (John) both of Phenix City, AL; brothers, Carthel Givens of Canton, GA, and James Givens (Anne) of Columbus, GA; grandchildren and spouses, Leslie Strickland (Jason), Kay Ellison (Ronnie), Darrell Brown, Mark Grimes (Liz), Chris Grimes (Melody); Great Grandchildren, Haley Kirkman, Veronica Ellison, K C Ellison, Isaac Grimes (Leigh), Kaya Berryhill and Launa Grimes.
There will be a private interment for family only.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Columbus Hospice of Georgia and Alabama to 7020 Moon Road, Columbus, GA 31909
