Aidan was a freshman at Tuscola High School and was known for his love of music, the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He had a heart of gold and was always the first to reach out to others. Aidan's passion for history led him to be a respected historian in the Future Farmers of America.  Born in Haywood County, Aidan cherished his time at Panther Creek Baptist Church where he found his salvation and love for the Lord. He will be fondly remembered for his warm personality - never meeting a stranger and always spreading joy wherever he went, and telling everyone about Jesus.

Aidan will be deeply missed by his father Justin Hoglen (Megan), brothers Owen and Brayden Hoglen, sisters in love Greenlee and Talynn, mother Sabrina Rusk-Greene (J.J.), sister Gracie Rusk and his beloved Uncle Clyde Greene. He is survived by his maternal grandparents Reverend Ronald Greene and Edna, James and Kim Rusk; maternal great-grandmother Mary "Mimi" Webb; paternal grandparents Terry and Tammy Hoglen, Alan and Elizabeth James; great-paternal grandparents Carolyn Goble and Katherine Hahn. Aidan was also adored by paternal aunts and uncles Joseph and Hannah Hoglen, Brandon and Angela James, Matt and Laura Rinehardt; along with numerous cousins including Abagail Hoglen, Sawyer Hoglen, Ian  Bryson, Hunter James (Jessica), Ben James, Levi Rinehardt, Bristol James and Macie James. His impact was also felt by the Greene and Webb Families along with other great aunts and uncles.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2024, at Panther Creek Baptist Church with Reverends Ronald Greene and Jeffery Moore officiating.  The burial will follow at Panther Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Sunday, March 3, 2024, 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.

Aidan will forever be remembered for his genuine spirit that touched the hearts of all who knew him. May he rest in peace knowing he has left a unforgettable mark on those whose lives he graced with his presence.
