Aimee Brown

Amanda "Aimee" Kate Brown, 59, of Brownwood, Texas passed away Monday, June 17, 2024. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 13, 2024 in the First Baptist Church, Brownwood with Jerry Shields officiating.
Aimee was born February 20, 1965 in Brownwood, Texas to Max Lynn and Brenda Kate (Swanner) Brown. Aimee was very proud to be a Brownwood Lion. Her youth years spent at Brownwood High School were full of lasting friendships and memories that she always treasured. Her favorite night out was going to watch her classmates that play in a band, The Remedy, perform. Aimee will always be remembered for her kindness. Being raised by a Baptist Pastor, Aimee was always taught that kindness and being humble was the best way to love thy neighbor and she was the best at it. Aimee's favorite thing was volunteering to work with the homeless. She loved to spend her time taking care of others, especially her grandson. Aimee's life was always about her family, being mother and Mamie was the greatest accomplishment in life.
Aimee is survived by her daughter, Lara Catherine Brown and husband Alex Bradley of Brownwood; grandson, Max Bradley of Brownwood; her mother, Katy Brown of Brownwood; brother, Les Brown and wife, Desi of Allen, Texas; and many cousins & friends.
Aimee was preceded in death by her father, Max Lynn Brown.
