Alan R. Hryniewicki, 73, passed away suddenly on September 25, 2025, at Aurora Medical Center, Marinette after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Alan was born on June 16, 1952 in Bellwood, IL, to Henry and Evelynne (Bednarczyk) Hryniewicki.

Alan graduated from DC Everest in Wausau in 1970. He started his career as a Steel fitter and went on to work for Bay Shipbuilding, later at Palmer Johnson until his retirement.

On August 18, 1990 he married Mary J. Hunt in Sturgeon Bay.

Alan was an avid fisherman and hunter, referred to as "Boone" by friends and family. He enjoyed the outdoors. He and his "Crew" of friends would regularly gather for Rockfest in Cadott.

Alan will be dearly missed by his wife of 35 years, Mary of Sturgeon Bay; son, Nathan Hryniewicki of Green Bay; daughter, Tara Bronander of Henderson, NV; brothers-in-law, David Hunt, and Don (Cheryl) Hunt of Sturgeon Bay; sister-in-law, Kathy (Tom Kurth) Hunt of Green Bay; nieces and nephews; and life-long fishing buddies, Bob Kort of Rothschild, and Art Timke of Portfield.

Alan is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Becky Wisneski; sister-in-law, Rita Hunt, and parents-in-law, Don and Myrt Hunt.

No services to be held at this time.
