Greg Stone was the "cool" uncle. He was born 17 years after my dad and his brother, Paul Stone so he was only 6 years older than myself. I remember going to television station in Louisville where he performed with an accordion band and in high school he played keyboard in a band which made him a rock star in my mind. He would use my grandparents riding lawn mower and gave us rides in the attached wagon. He would go all around the yard and street. He went on vacation out west with us once and stepped on a cactus with his bare foot. He also spent one summer working for my dad and stayed in our house in Rockville, In. I remember going to his and Jennie's wedding when I was in high school. It was the first wedding I had attended. There is a picture of Greg as a young child at my parent's wedding. He will be missed.
