From A Paratroopers Daughter

To The Bianchini Family,
Please accept my Deepest Sympathy on the passing of your Dad. I did not know him. Like your Dad my Dad was Army, a WWII Paratrooper. They truly were "The Greatest Generation". They will be missed but never forgotten.

While visiting the SEVC these past 8 years, it was my honor to visit Mr. Bianchini with our dog Cody, certified Therapy Dogs International member. Mrs. Bianchini also enjoyed petting Cody and we spoke of her wonderful life with her husband, Al. Mr. Bianchini was always SOOO HAPPY to see us and pet Cody each week, smiling and commenting what a "NICE DOG" Cody was. Today we visited the residents on CLC1 and I happened to mention that Al was transferred to CLC2 and how we were headed there for a visit next. The nurse informed me of his passing and I was saddened to hear the news. I know he is with the " Love of his Life", Alba again. Mr. Bianchini will be missed by many of us at the SEVC. My sincere condolences to the Bianchini family and loved ones of this honorable U.S. Army Veteran.
