Albert W. “Bud” Dissinger, 82, of Ephrata passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Mount Hope, he was the son of the late Albert H. and Hilda (Dissinger) Dissinger. He was the loving husband of Donna (Carpenter) Dissinger of Ephrata. Bud worked for many years at Sensenich Propeller Services, Lititz, and later worked part-time at Manheim Auto Auction. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan, and enjoyed woodworking, going to car shows, and doing word search puzzles.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Deanne Dissinger of King of Prussia, a brother, David D. husband of Amy Dissinger of Manheim, and a niece, Amelia Dissinger. He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia A. Dissinger.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions in Bud's memory to Humane Pennsylvania at www.humanepa.org.
