Dear Chris, Jenny, and family - we're with you all in spirit and prayer today. Uncle Jerry was an inspiration in his love of music, family, and his faith in God. May he rest in peace, and may the angels lead him to paradise.

I remember Uncle Jerry talking about Edgar Allen Poe's The Raven one year at Thanksgiving I think. He made it sound interesting, so I reread it. It was still dismal, but I'll never forget how he made it sound. I was sharing that story with a local HS principal just a day or two before he died.
