Albert Giovino, Jr. Obituary
Albert Giovino, Jr. passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on September 22, 2025, at the age of 82, after a courageous battle with dementia. He was born on July 9, 1943, in Brooklyn, New York.
Albert was married to the love of his life, Alexandre, for 60 years, and together they built a strong and loving family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alexandre. He is survived by his children: Albert (Lisa), Erik (Melinda), Rory (Jennifer), and Jillian Giovino. He was a proud grandfather to Nicholas, Adam, Alec, Troy, Logan, Hayden, Ryan, Emily, Mario, and Gianna, who brought him immense joy and pride.
A faithful member of Flat Creek Baptist Church in Lakemont, Albert’s life was guided by his devotion to his faith and his family. His commitment to God and loved ones leaves a lasting legacy.
Graveside services will be at Flat Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Lakemont, GA on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Flat Creek Baptist Church, 1433 Low Gap Road, Lakemont, GA 30552.
