Albert Lee "Jimmy" Higginbotham, 81, of Buffalo passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. Jimmy was a very well-known drywall hanger in his early years. Many homes in the area were touched by his drywall work. He loved to hunt and was a member of the Buffalo Sportsmen's Club.

Born September 4, 1944, he was the son of the late Lloyd "Pete" and Iva Higginbotham. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, William "Mack" Higginbotham, and Harland "Whitey" Higginbotham; his sisters, Margaret "Midge" Harris, Mary Sigman, Nellie Wandling, Ruth King, and Reta McGrew.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Patricia Higginbotham; his sons, David Higginbotham and Jamie Higginbotham, both of Buffalo, and Arnold Higginbotham of Hurricane; 3 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

In accordance with his wishes, his body was cremated. A Memorial Gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Raynes Funeral Home Buffalo.
