Albert Lee "Rocky" Howard age 52 of Wolfe County, Kentucky formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at his home. He was born May 04, 1973 in Lima, Ohio to Marlene Shepherd Howard and the late Jim Howard.

Survived by his mother, Marlene Shepherd Howard, two sons, Dustin Kyle Howard of Campton, Kentucky, Ricky Mason Howard of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, one daughter, Hannah Elizabeth Howard of Campton, Kentucky, one brother Aaron James Howard of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, four sisters, Renee (Jake) Clark of Celina, Ohio, Stephanie (David) Minix of Salyersville, Kentucky, Becky Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, and Amanda (Blue) Lemaster of Salyersville, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday, January 05, 2026 from the Gun Creek United Baptist Church at 820 Gun Creek Road, Salyersville, Kentucky with David Minix officiating. Burial will follow in the Howard Family Cemetery at Gun Creek in Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Sunday, January 04, 2026 after 5:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.

Sending my condolences for the family
Rocky and I go way back he was a really good friend that we often visited when he lived in sayersville. I used to help Rocky feed his roosters out exercise them and get them ready that was back in the day he was a really good friend and a really good father and he was there for many young men that needed his help and guidance he really loved what he he was doing to help others and most of all he was the number one lays potato Chip driver best person ever very committed to everything in life and always had such a beautiful smile.
God got another great angel Rocky was a really good person even back in his wild and crazy days.
I'm sorry to see you go at such a early and young age Rocky. I'll meet you again someday much love will miss you more than anything sincerely Top Hen
