Barbara Howard Obituary
Barbara was born on July 3, 1947 in Warren, OH, a daughter of the late William and Lydia (McKnight) Boyd.
She was a graduate of Lakeview High School and worked as a bookkeeper, retiring at Executive Landscaping.
She was a longtime member of the Ladies Auxiliary in Johnston. She loved crocheting, being a grandma and great-grandma, and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Guardians.
Barbara will be deeply missed by her loving daughter, Susan Cross; granddaughters, Brandi (Markus) Smith and Megan Cross; and two great-granddaughters.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald E. Howard Sr., whom she married on April 5, 1980 and passed away on December 18, 1988; her brothers, James W. Boyd and Thomas H. Boyd; and her twin sister, Linda Marie Brown.
Per Barbara's wishes, there are no calling hours or services and a private burial will take place at Johnston Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Trumbull County Animal Welfare League in Barbara's memory at 812 Youngstown Kingsville Road SE, Vienna, OH 44473.
