Albert Henry Jurick

NILES – Albert Henry Jurick, age 81, entered into eternal rest Friday, November 21, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. He was born April 27, 1944 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, the son of Edward Paul and Regina Louise (Tams) Jurick.
Al attended high school in McDonald, Pennsylvania, and afterward served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. He worked as a mechniac for Firestone and later Saturn of 422. If it was a motor vehicle, he loved it, and Al was a big Indy car and NASCAR fan, with his favorite drivers Dale Earnhart, Sr., Carl Edwards, and Danica Patrick. When not fixing cars or watching races, you could find him with his old movies, anywhere from war movies to musicals to Elvis to James Bond – and he knew the name of every actor who played OO7 and the years they played him.
Precious memories of Al live on with his daughter, Regina Pritchard of Youngstown; his son, Jason Jurick of Youngstown; his granddaughter, Samantha; two sisters, Barb Thomas of Washington, Pennsylvania and Marie Stokes (Charles) of Port Orange, Florida; and two brothers, Gene Jurick of Parker, Texas and John Jurick (Carolyn) of Tybee Island, Georgia and numerous nieces and nephews
Preceding him in death are his parents and two brothers, David and Thomas Jurick.
Services are private. His urn will be laid to rest in a niche at Niles Union Cemetery. To honor Al's great life, do a good deed for someone, and remember Al and his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.
