Albert Rogers Obituary
Services will be at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Albert was born October 9, 1950 in Onalaska, WI to Lloyd and Audrey (Moore) Rogers. He attended Round Lake High School and worked as a custodian for an elementary school.
Albert was passionate about the game of golf. He was a member of Homestead Senior Golf League and loved to travel the state, finding new courses to play. He was active in senior activities at the local YMCA. He enjoyed biking, hiking, coaching baseball, and playing pool. He was a Green Bay Packers and Chicago Cubs fan and loved listening to music from the 1960s. He loved spending time with family and going on day trips to explore the state.
Albert is survived by two sons: Shawn Rogers and Jesse (Carol) Rogers; two brothers: Lloyd (Diane) Rogers and Rick Rogers; one sister, Debbie Abear; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Lloyd Rogers Sr. and Audrey (Bernard) Marx; brother Larry Rogers; and sisters: Linda (Richard) Parker and Renae (Paul) Nalbach.
Herman-Taylor Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family.
