Albert Snipes Obituary

SNIPES, Albert E., age 52, of Henrico, departed this life suddenly on October 18, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earthy A. and Mary Q. Snipes. He is survived by his son, Albert Lamont Snipes (Sophia); six grandchildren; four sisters, Jacquelyn, Gail Snipes, Rosemary S. Barbour (James), and Ruth S. Reavis (Raymond); one brother, David L. Snipes; devoted friends, Sandra Richardson and Fonya Coleman; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be conducted at the Watkins Community Chapel, 2701 Garland Avenue, on Saturday, October 25, at 1 p.m. There will be no public viewing.

Albert was a good friend and I will miss him dearly. My sympathy and love to his family. May he rest in peace. From: Brenda Smith, Raymond Harvey and James Langley we are all good friends of Alberts. We miss you!!

To The Snipes Family,
I have fond memories of Albert. We all grew up in Providence Park where we spent many hours playing together in our neighborhood and at the playground. Albert was a wonderful person and a good friend.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all doing this time of bereavement.
