Albert Tortoretti Obituary
Irondequoit - July 20, 1927 - August 5, 2021. Two weeks after celebrating his 94th birthday with family, our beloved uncle joined his wife MaryEllen in heaven.
Albert was predeceased by his parents Sarah and Joseph who immigrated to America from Italy. They had 10 children, and Albert was the youngest. He now rests with his brothers Jerry, Joe, and Fred; and his sisters Nellie, Anne, Dorothy, Marion, Sally, and Terry.
Albert leaves numerous nieces and nephews. Each one was his favorite.
After serving in the Army during WWII, Albert took a job as a bank teller with Central Trust in Rochester. At the end of a long, distinguished career, he retired as Executive Vice President. Our uncle was a decades long member at Oak Hill CC where he enjoyed lifelong friendships.
Special thanks to Dr. Robert Caifano for many years of care and the home health aides, especially Paullett Person and Faye Thomas, who provided years of loving care.
Services will be held privately for family members. Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
