Alberto Vargas Jr.

Alberto Vargas Jr., born on February 20, 1993, entered eternal rest on November 26, 2025, at the age of 32. Alberto was an amazing, loving, and profoundly strong man whose presence brought warmth, encouragement, and unwavering loyalty to everyone who knew him. His heart, resilience, and generosity will forever remain a source of comfort and inspiration to his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his Mother Marisel Vargas, younger brother, Adolph Vargas; his maternal grandfather, Herman P. Medina; and his paternal grandparents, Vicente and Hermina Vargas.

Alberto is survived by his father, Alberto Vargas Sr (Alejandra Guerra); his wife, Albina Ledesma-Vargas; and his cherished daughter, Marisol Vargas. He is also survived by his siblings, Senaida Vargas and Angel Vargas; his maternal grandmother, Yolanda S. Medina; along with uncles, aunts, mother-in-law, sisters and brothers-in-laws, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who loved him deeply.

A visitation will begin on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at South San Antonio Baptist Church, 2026 Pyron, 78211, with services to begin at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow at First Memorial Burial Park.

Alberto's legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to share life with him.
