For 33 years, De Leon proudly served the City of San Antonio as a
Lieutenant with the San Antonio Fire Department, where he demonstrated courage, leadership, and compassion in every aspect of his service. His quiet strength and commitment to helping others left a lasting legacy of integrity and respect among his peers and community. In addition to his years of service as a First Responder, De Leon was a Master Electrician and owner of De Leon Electric of Atascosa, Texas, a family-owned and operated business. His commitment to excellence, perfection, and service to his community earned him the admiration and trust of everyone who knew him.
De Leon is preceded in death by his parents, Augustin De Leon, Concepcion De Leon and son, Roberto L. De Leon.
Emiliano is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda E. De Leon,
Sons; Emiliano De Leon Jr. (Renee R. De Leon), Augustin De Leon (Monika https://I.De Leon), Eduardo De Leon, Daughter; Jaclyn Duran (Paul A. Duran Sr.), numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, located at 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, on November 17, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with a funeral service to begin at 12PM. Following the funeral service, interment will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 20567 TX-16, Von Ormy, TX 78073.

To the DeLeon Family,
I am writing to express my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. Mr. DeLeon was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of many, including my own. While many will remember him as a strong and determined figure, my personal memories of him paint a different picture-one of a gentle and compassionate soul.
Whenever I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. DeLeon, he always showed a genuine interest in my well-being and that of my family. His soft-spoken nature and thoughtful inquiries were a testament to his caring heart and his ability to connect with people on a deeper level. It was these small yet meaningful interactions that truly highlighted his character.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of sorrow. May the memories of Mr. DeLeon's warmth and compassion bring you comfort in the days ahead.
