Alda Tolson Obituary
Alda Louise Tolson, 99, of Morehead City, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Carteret Landing.
A funeral service to honor Ms. Tolson’s life will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, October 3rd at Victory Baptist Church in Newport, officiated by Rev. Jack Bowen. Interment will follow at Wildwood Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
Alda, known to her loved ones as Louise, was born on May 20, 1926, in Carteret County, to the late Levi and Lula Tolson.
Those remaining to cherish her memory are her dear friends and church family at Victory Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her brothers, T.J., Leon, Allen, and Vernon Tolson.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to Victory Baptist Church, 1051 Hibbs Road, Newport, NC 28570.
