Alecsandru Mocanu Obituary
He was a loving father and husband who was a member of St. Michael Romanian Byzantine
Catholic Church. He loved gardening and playing lotto. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his son, Christian (Georgetta) Mocanu; nieces, Lilliana (Traian) Abrudan, Mihaela (Marius) Rosca, Sylvia, Florentina, and Viorica; and sister-in-law, Ana Mocanu.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Mocanu.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, followed by interment at St. Michael Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 20, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois 60506. (630) 631-5500
