Alexander Thomas Russo, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2025, after a long medical journey. Alex was a charming young man and faced many health challenges with resilience and grace. He was born and raised in Lutherville and was a 2020 graduate of the Ridge Ruxton school, which he attended for 18 years. He cherished his family and friends and he deeply appreciated all of his nurses, teachers, therapists and bus drivers that supported him each day. Alex enjoyed going for neighborhood walks, listening to music, reading books and he loved his cats Marley and Oliver. He most especially enjoyed participating in any animated conversation and was known for responding with a giggle or hearty laugh. His laugh was infectious and his smile was bright. Simply put, Alex was a good soul.
Alex was the son of Cynthia E. Russo and the late Brian T. Russo. He was a loving and devoted brother to Payton, Hailey and Eric Russo. He is survived by his Grandmother, Lynn Ebert, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is pre-deceased by his grandparents: David Ebert and Claire and Frank Russo. Alex will be deeply missed by his family and friends and his many loving care providers over his 26 years.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Paul's Lutheran Church, 1609 Kurtz Avenue, Lutherville, MD 21093 (or https://www.stpaulslutherville.org Give to St Paul's- Memorial Offering) or to Mt.
