**Biography of Alexander Anthony Williams, Jr. "Muscles "**
Born on October 13, 1937, in Chicago, Illinois, Alexander Anthony Williams, Jr. "Muscles" carried the spirit of his hometown throughout his life. His journey began in the bustling streets of Chicago, where he attended local primary and secondary schools. Seeking knowledge and growth, he later enrolled at Pasadena City College, where his major was drafting, laying the foundation for a life that would blend ingenuity and self-made success.
In pursuit of his own path, Alexander proudly served in the United States Army, qualifying as a sharpshooter and exemplifying discipline and focus in all that he undertook. After his service, he decided to forge his own way, embarking on a business that started with salvage and evolved into a successful enterprise within the electronic tube industry. This venture not only showcased his entrepreneurial spirit but also his capacity to innovate and adapt-a true testament to his character.
Family was central to Alexander's life. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Peggy Estella Williams, and a proud father to daughters Darcy, Rochelle (Chelle), and Darleen Elaine Dukes-Henderson, as well as sons Robert Kevin Jerecki, Don Elliott Dukes and Dean Eric Dukes. Filled with pride for his family, his compassion extended beyond his immediate loved ones, manifesting in his countless interactions with friends and acquaintances. He was a man who found joy in barbecuing and traveling, often reveling in the stories shared over grilled meals and laughter.
Alexander's legacy shines through his service to the Pasadena Church, where he dedicated nearly four decades of his life, contributing to the community and fostering connections that uplifted those around him. His kindness and hard work have left an indelible mark in the hearts of many, cultivating an environment of love and respect that will echo into the future.
For those wishing to honor Alexander's memory, his ceremony will be held at the Pasadena Church, East Campus, located at 425 Sierra Madre Villa Avenue, Pasadena, CA, 91107.
