Alfonzo Bernard Robinson

Alfonzo Bernard Robinson, affectionately known by many as "Sugga Man", a beloved member of the Emelle community, will be fondly remembered and celebrated in the upcoming days following his passing on November 23, 2024. Born on March 13, 1949, in Emelle, AL, Alfonzo lived a life marked by hard work and dedication to his craft as a carpenter and plumber at Delaine Brothers Construction.

Throughout his life, Alfonzo touched the hearts of many with his warm spirit and unwavering commitment to his family. He leaves behind his loving wife Mayola Robinson, his cherished daughter Alexandria Robinson and his sons, Jeffery Robinson and Leon Sheffield along with numerous family friends and associates.

The funeral service to honor Alfonzo's life will take place on November 30, 2024, at 12:00 pm at Union Chapel CME Church, with Rev. Joyce McCoy, pastor, where friends, family, and acquaintances are invited to pay their respects and share in the memories of a remarkable man. Prior to the service, a public viewing will be held on November 29, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Weatherly Funeral Home Chapel.

Alfonzo Robinson will be laid to rest on November 30, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the burial site located at 33000 AL Highway 17 in Emelle, AL. As we gather to bid farewell to Alfonzo, let us remember the legacy he leaves behind and the impact he made on all those who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in eternal peace.
