Alfred “Mel” Melvin Dokken
Jackson, Tennessee
Mr. Mel Dokken, age 82, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2023 at his home in Jackson.
He was born on August 18, 1941 in Orange, California to the late Alfred Dokken and Martha Unzelman Dokken. He proudly Served in the United States Navy.
Mel is survivied by his wife of thirty-six years, Cheri Dokken of Jackson, Tennessee; three sons, Drew Dokken of Irvin, California, Clay Dokken and his wife Tara of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Noel Dokken of Washington; and two sisters, Ila Dokken of Arizona and Nadine Mehaffey and her husband Dave of Orange, California.
