Alfred Burner West, IV

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Alfred Burner West IV, a beloved son, father, brother, and hard working automotive worker. Alfred was born on January 13, 1979, in Detroit, Michigan, and he departed this world on September 23, 2025 leaving behind a legacy of devotion and dedication to his family.

Alfred was admired for his unwavering commitment to his job and the pride he took in providing for his loved ones.

Alfred is survived by his cherished son, Alfred West V, his loving father, Alfred West III, siblings, and many close friends. His passing leaves a profound gap in the hearts of those who knew him. Alfred's warmth, kindness, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by friends and family alike.

In celebration of Alfred's life, a funeral service will be held at the James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to join us for a Family Hour beginning at 12:30 PM. Prior to the service, a public viewing will take place on Friday, October 10th, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
