It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Alfredo T. Gonzales, who left to be with his Lord on March 25, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on November 24, 1941.
Residing in Rockport, Texas, Alfredo touched the lives of many through his genuine spirit and compassionate nature. He will be remembered not only as a cherished husband to his beloved wife, Louise Gonzales, but also as a friend and mentor to who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of love and generosity will forever echo in the hearts of those who had the fortune to cross his path.
Fred is preceded in death by parents, Alfredo Gonzales Sr. and Beatrice Alaniz Gonzales; sister, Beatrice Kilborn; grandson, Moses Gutierrez
Fred is survived by his devoted spouse, Louise, who stood by his side with love and support throughout the 53 years together. Their bond was an inspiring testament to the power of love, which flourished throughout their lives. Also Left to cherish his memories is his; son, Adrian Gutierrez; daughter, Rosanne Shearer; grandchildren, Kyla Vasquez, Parker and Piper Shearer; sister, Belinda Rosler; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Fred was a proud to serve as a U.S. Marine Corp. He also served as President of Key Allegro Men's Club. Fred enjoyed singing Karaoke, dancing, playing poker, and shooting pool. Fred will sadly be missed.
As we say goodbye to Fred, we find solace in the joy he brought into our lives and the love he so freely gave. Though he may no longer be with us, his spirit will continue to shine brightly in our hearts.
Mass will be celebrated May 10, 2025 at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockport, Tx.
