Alfredo Ramos Sambrano, age 76 of Alvin, Texas, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 4, 2025 at his home. Alfredo was born October 9, 1948 in Pearsall, Texas and was a longtime resident of Alvin. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Alfredo is preceded in death by his parents, Encarnacion and Jesusa Sambrano Sr.; brothers, Encarnacion Sambrano Jr., Reynaldo Sambrano, Robert Sambrano and Richard Sambrano.

Alfredo is survived by his loving wife, Petra Sambrano; son Richard Sambrano; daughters, Rebecca Sambrano, Mary Ann Troncoso, Jannette DeLeon, Christina Sambrano and Belinda Sambrano; sisters, Diana Garza and Selma Gonzales; brothers, Abel Sambrano, Daniel Sambrano, Francisco Sambrano and Samuel Sambrano; along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Friday, October 10, 2025 at Scott Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Scott Funeral Home with interment to follow at Confederate Cemetery in Alvin.
