Fred became a teacher and touched many lives when he taught GED preparation classes for troubled youth at the Juvenile Probation Facility in El Paso, Texas. Fred was known for his generosity and his willingness to pass on whatever knowledge and wisdom he obtained in life to the Youth he encountered. “He is now present before God our Creator."
