On August 22, 1962, Algie Williams, also known as "Gary", entered the world to his loving mother, Annie Dennis in Miami, Florida. He was one of six children. His grandparents: Willie and Delia Williams, two brothers: Vernon Dennis, Myron "Ron" Williams, a sister Kathy Williams, and his mother, preceded him in death.
Algie received his early education in the Dade County Public School system and went on to develop his own landscaping and lawn service business to help support his family.
If you knew Algie, you knew he was very quiet in nature but was a loving and kind person. He enjoyed fishing, which was his favorite pass-time, and spending quality time with family and close friends. Although Algie was not blessed with any children of his own, he truly cared for his nieces and nephews.
On July 10, 2025, Algie "Gary" Williams left this world as we know it, for a home in eternity.
Left to cherish his memories are his siblings: Cynthia Baker, Kerry Orr; nephews: Darius Baker, TaDarius Williams, Vernon Dennis Jr., Marcus Baker, Christian Orr, DuWayne Baker; nieces: Vanessa Dennis, Serenity Baker; Uncles: Johnel Williams, Willie Patterson; aunts: Willie Mae Mackens, Deloris Everett; special cousin: Candice Williams; sister-in-law, Sandra Williams; special friends: Steven Passmore and Cedric Cunningham, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
