Ali Ginna Backs
February 9, 1971 – June 19, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ali Ginna Backs, age 54, of Holly,
Michigan, who died on June 19, 2025, surrounded by her family and friends. Ali graduated from
Holly High School in 1989.
Ali is survived by her four boys, whom she loved more than life itself: Hunter, Griffin, Tristin,
and Riley. She also leaves behind the love of her life, her husband Tim, with whom she shared
nearly 29 wonderful years of marriage. She is survived by her devoted mother, Reisa Hamilton,
and her sister Megan (Aaron), as well as her niece Aubrey and nephew Owen. Ali was deeply
loved by many close friends and touched countless lives with her kindness and joy. She was
preceded in death by her beloved Uncle Kevin.
Ali was a beautiful soul inside and out. Her radiant smile lit up every room, and her laugh was
truly contagious. She loved the outdoors and found peace and joy in sunshine, whether relaxing
on a beach, cruising on a boat, or simply floating in a pool.
Ali had a gift for making the world more beautiful whether through her love of shopping,
decorating, or simply being present. She was a devoted wife, a fiercely loving mother, and a
loyal friend. Her compassion extended to her cherished dogs, Chloe and Remmy, whom she
adored.
To know Ali was to love her, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of
knowing her. Our hearts are shattered over the loss of a truly incredible woman. Her family and
friends are honored to have been able to share 54 years of love, laughter, and life with her, which
was not long enough.
