Alice F. Delph, 85, of Dayton, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at IU Health Arnett Hospital.
She was born on February 5, 1940, in Ewing, VA, to the late Lloyd and Retha (Brock) Saylor.
Alice graduated from Thomas Walker High School.
On September 22, 1963 she married Lonnie Delph in Danville, IL.
Alice worked as a Factory Worker for Essex where she retired after many years of dedicated service.
She was a member of United Auto Workers union local # 1492.
Alice enjoyed gardening and loved to grow roses and flowers in her yard. She got her greatest joy spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving is her daughter, Deborah Ramirez (Carlos Ramirez) of Winston Salem, NC, Son Edward Delph (Toni Delph). Three grandchildren: Brock Fleeman (Brandy Fleeman), Megan Henderson (Joshua Henderson), Clint Delph (Skylar Delph). Nine great grandchildren: Abby Fleeman, Jared Henderson, Cassie Fleeman, Matthew McGee, Kaylee Fleeman, Evelynn Henderson, Riley Fleeman, Ella Jo Delph. One great great grandson: Rowan Fleeman.
Alice was preceded in death by Granville Saylor (Neva Saylor), Billy Saylor, Donnie Saylor,
Henry Saylor (Marge Saylor), Ruby Ramsey (Frank Ramsey), Mildred Mabercrombie (David Mabercrombie), Franklin Saylor (Gladys Saylor), Alva Saylor

Private services will be held for family and close friends.
