Alice Nicholson Green passed March 26, 2026. She was born June 8, 1946 in Birch Tree, MO. At 4 years old her family moved to Harlem, MT. Alice attended Harlem schools for 12 years and graduated in 1964. That fall she attended dental school in Minneapolis, MN.
On April 29, 1965, Alice married Paul Green and they went on to live in Harlem, Big Sandy, Havre, and Cut Bank. Together they had three children. Alice enjoyed following her children in scouts, soft ball, cheerleading, baseball, football, and basketball.
Alice loved her horses as they participated in high school rodeos, district and state level. She kept everyone in line and organized. Alice worked in the same office for 37 years. Working for eye doctors, Dr. Bonderud and Dr. Simons, and Dr. Stanchfield. She retired in 2011.
Alice loved boating fishing for walleye, camping, her flower garden, and sitting on her patio just watching her sprinklers.
Survivors include husband, Paul Green; children, Diana (Dode) Collins, Sande Martinez, and Corey Green; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Jesse Hannah Nicholson; brothers, Chet, Paul “Pete”, Bill, John “Norm”; sister, Thelma "sis" Haltman; baby grandson, Kyle Collins.
