A Celebration of Life/ Gathering of friends for Alice Moore is Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home 12:00 p.m. – 2 p.m. Private interment is at Pisgah Cemetery, Atwood.
Ms. Moore, 69 years old, died at her home in Lexington on April 20, 2024, from complications of PSP (Progressive Supernuclear Paisy) this is a very progressive neurological disease caused by abnormal brain cells. She was a factory worker and retired from Republic Doors. She was born in Trezevant, TN on December 2, 1954, to the late Ray and Rebecca Crocker Moore.
She is survived by her daughter Tee-Jay Glidwell (Robert) of Cedar Grove, two sisters Marilyn Burke (Larry) of McKenzie, Sue Reaves (Lendale) of TX, three brothers Jackie Moore (Kathy) of Franklin, Paul Moore (Evelyn) of AL and John Moore (Barbra)of Henry, four grandchildren Haiden Glidwell, Harlie Glidwell, Heather Whitton and Paschall Williamson.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that memorials be made to curepsp.org.
