Alice Marie Moore, 79, of Gladwin, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 20, 2025. Born on January 13, 1946, in Highland Park, MI, Alice was the daughter of Lucien and Justena (Klug) Bergeron. She grew up in Royal Oak, MI, and graduated from Kimball High School in 1964 before eventually settling in Gladwin. On February 14, 1983, she married Carl Moore, and together they built a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Carl preceded her in death in 2025.
Throughout her career, Alice began her professional journey as a keypuncher before moving on to serve in the Southfield Court Systems for 15 years. After relocating to Gladwin, Michigan, Alice became a member of the Gladwin Free Methodist Church and spent the next 30 years of her life as a dedicated and passionate Real Estate agent at RE/MAX River Haven. In addition to her career, Alice was an active member of her community, served on the Sugar Springs Board of Directors, and contributed to various committees. Alice was a lifelong learner and avid reader; she also found joy in spending time with her daughter. She was known for her outgoing personality, love of socializing, and her passion for traveling, technology, and flying with friends.
She is survived by her daughter: Stacie Kitchen of Gladwin; and brother: Larry Bergeron of Beaverton. Along with other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Carl; parents: Lucien and Justena; sister: Carlene Geier; and brother: Donald Bergeron.
Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life service is being planned for a later date in 2026. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
