Alice Faye Nicely

Alice Faye Nicely-age 74 of Maynardville passed away peacefully Monday, August 26, 2024, at Willow Ridge Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Ailordale Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her loving husband, LeeRoy Nicely; father and mother, Eddie (Plummer) and Ruby Sands Oxendine; brothers, Rev. Walter (JoAnn) Oxendine, RG Oxendine.
Left behind to cherish her memory sons, Donnie and Mandy Nicely, Ronnie Nicely; grandsons, who were her life, Austin and Courtney Nicely, Devin Nicely and Maggie LaBombard; great grandchildren, Easton and Brylee Nicely; brothers, Jesse Oxendine, Jim (Mary) Oxendine; sister-in-law, Peggy Kiser and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family wants to express our deepest gratitude to the staff of Willow Ridge and U.T. Hospice, especially Victoria, for their care and love for Alice.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM, Rev. Eddie Oxendine, Rev. Ronnie McBee officiating, with music by Rev. Richard and Linda Nicley. Graveside 11:00 AM Wednesday at Cabbage Cemetery, Washburn. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home to go with the procession. Pallbearers: Austin Nicely, Devin Nicely, Wesley Suffridge, Chester Sturgeon, Roger Turner, Freddie Nicely. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
