Alice Saes Obituary
Alice Saes, 93 years young, joined her mother, Gertrude and father John along with her sisters Joan Hayes, Judy Paul, Mary Ferris and Molly Funk in heaven on February 25, 2025. She was married to her devoted husband Joey for 72 years wonderful years. Although she had no children, she leaves behind brothers Timothy Keller (Halina), John Keller, a sister Gertrude and many nieces and nephews and her puppy, Susie.
She was a native Staten Island resident living her early life in Midland Beach.
Alice had a career in banking working at Manufacturers Hanover retiring as a Mortgage Banker. A short time after she joined Republic National for another career.
A devoted Catholic, she was a parishioner of St Ann's Church in Dongan Hills and a member of the St. Ann's Rosary Society.
Visitation will be at Hanley's Funeral 60 New Dorp Lane on Friday, February 27th from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M.
A Funeral Mass will be at St Ann's Church located at 101 Cromwell Avenue at 11 A.M. on February 28th, 2026.
Internment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
