Veronica, found her greatest joy in the simple meaningful moments of life, cooking and baking for those she loved, filling her home with warmth, and laughter. Her kitchen was her heart. More than anything, she cherished time spent with her family and her grandchildren who were the light of her life. She also had a deep love for animals, especially her dog Penelope, who brought heart constant Companionship and happiness.
She was so loved by so many and will be deeply missed.
