Funeral for Alice will be held 5:00 PM, Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Sunview Center gathering room in Red Lake Falls, MN with Reverend Jeffrey Lytle Officiating. Burial will be held at Holt Cemetery, Holt, MN.
Alice Roseline Spears was born on June 6, 1936 at Grygla, MN daughter of John and Ida (Holter) Arnevick. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. She was raised and attended school near Grygla, MN.
She was united in marriage to Charles Johnson to this union three children were born Kenny, Gerald and Dennis; She was united in marriage to Clarence Jelle to this union Rose was born, she was united in marriage to Larry Weiss in 1971 in Red Lake Falls, MN and later she was united in marriage to Jerome Spears.
Alice enjoyed driving around the country side and visiting with friends and family. She also enjoyed listening to music and singing.
Alice is survived by her children Kenny (Cheryl Spears) Johnson of Bemidji, MN, Gerald Johnson of Red Lake Falls, MN, Dennis (Eileen) Johnson of Moorhead, MN and Rose (Larry Jr.) Eckstein of Red Lake Falls, MN; grandchildren Justin (Sharla) Johnson, Luke (Tyler) Johnson, Shawn (Kaylee) Johnson, Chad (Sadie) Johnson, Ashley (Aaron) Derosier, Courtney (Jimmy) Snider, Brandon (Lindsey) Eckstein, Danielle Eckstein, Hayley (Caleb Novak) Eckstein; great-grandchildren; Blake Johnson, Emmett Johnson, Brody Johnson, Baylor Johnson, Summer Johnson, Sophia Johnson, Lincoln Derosier, Emmett Derosier, Henry Derosier, Lennox Snider, Journi Snider, Harper Eckstein, Brooks Eckstein, Weston Eckstein, August Eckstein.
Alice is preceded by her parents, brother John Arnevik Jr., several aunts, uncles and cousins.
