It is with a heavy heart and great love that we mourn the loss of Alice Faye Williams, born on October 10, 1957, in Pineville, LA, who passed away on June 21, 2025. A loving, empathetic, spirited, and humble soul, Alice Faye resided in Boyce, Louisiana, where she was cherished by all who knew her. She was a retired supervisor in the telecommunications industry, where her humble spirit and empathetic nature shone brightly. She dedicated her life to her family and to being a prayer warrior, steadfast in her faith and in the power of love.
Alice Faye had an unquenchable zest for life. She was a huge fan of Judge Judy and had a great love for shopping. Her hands were rarely still, often lovingly crafting her specialty pecan candy or tending to her beloved roses in her garden. As Leo Buscaglia once said, "Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around." Alice Faye embodied this sentiment, touching lives with her love and care.
Alice Faye's life will be celebrated with a public viewing and visitation on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 9:00am at St. Matthew's Baptist Church, followed by a funeral service at 10:00am. The final committal rites will be held at St. Matthew Baptist Church Cemetery immediately following the service.
In remembrance of this extraordinary woman, we invite you to leave your memories and upload your favorite photos of Alice Faye to the memorial page. Let us celebrate her life by sharing the moments that made her the loving, empathetic, spirited, and humble woman we all knew and cherished.
