Alicia A. Arispe

Alicia A. Arispe was born in Mexico, on December 16, 1923, and went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2025, at the age of 101. Alicia had a green thumb for gardening and loved her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Alfredo Arispe, Sr., children Alfredo Arispe, Jr., Elsa Arispe Ameri, Diana Arispe Riojas, Robert L. Blaszczyk and parents Joaquin and Petra Aguirre and all her siblings. Survivors include her loving children Rolando Arispe, and Deborah Arispe Yglesias, 5 grandchildren Gus Q. Riojas III, Marcel M. Arispe (Marybelle Arispe spouse), Mike A. Riojas (Roberta M. Riojas spouse), Jerome David Yglesias (Rosie R. Yglesias spouse), and Juanita Y. Ortiz (Brian A. Ortiz spouse), 13 great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren and other family members and friends.
Visitation will begin on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with a rosary to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Palm Heights Mortuary. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church with a procession from the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
