Alicia Brito Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bosak Funeral Home - Stamford on Mar. 27, 2026.
Alicia Ximena Parada Brito, 59, a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and an exceptional nurse, passed away leaving behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and unwavering love.

Born in the beautiful town of Guasuntos, Ecuador, Alicia carried the warmth and richness of her roots throughout her life. She was the beloved daughter of Olga Yolanda Brito Ulloa and Ángel Darío Parada, and a cherished sister to Angel Wilson Parada, Mauro Calixto Parada Brito, and Maria Augusto Parada Brito. Her deep connection to her family extended through the Brito and Ulloa families, whom she held close to her heart.

Alicia was a proud and loving mother to her children, Corayma Nicolle Rea Parada and Ivan Boris De Mora Parada, who were the center of her world and her greatest joy. Her love for them was boundless, and she instilled in them the values of resilience, kindness, and compassion.

For over 30 years, Alicia dedicated her life to nursing-a profession she not only excelled in but truly embodied. As a certified nurse, she was recognized multiple times for her outstanding professionalism and the exceptional care she provided to her patients. To those she cared for, she was more than a nurse-she was a source of comfort, hope, and healing.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Alicia was a woman of deep emotion and beauty of spirit. A romantic at heart, she found joy in poetry and was an avid lover of books. Her passion for literature reflected her thoughtful nature and her ability to see the world with both depth and tenderness.

Alicia will be remembered for her strength, her passion, and the immense love she gave so freely to those around her. She touched countless lives with her kindness and leaves behind a legacy that will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Though she is no longer with us, her spirit remains-a guiding light of love, compassion, and grace.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Visitation will be held from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesday, April 1st, at Bosak Funeral Home & Cremation, 453 Shippan Avenue, Stamford, CT. A Prayer Service will follow at 7pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
